A word on AI.

Everyone's using it. Not everyone's being straight about how. We use AI. Deliberately, and with a lot of experience behind the wheel.

Think of it like this: we're the conductors. We bring decades of strategic, creative and commercial thinking to every prompt, every output, every decision about what's worth keeping and what gets thrown out. AI doesn't replace that judgement — it runs on it. Used well, it lets us move faster, pressure-test ideas harder, and explore territory that would have taken weeks. Used badly, it produces confident-sounding mediocrity at scale. We've seen plenty of that.

So yes — AI is part of how we work. But the thinking that drives it, shapes it, and holds it to account is still very much human. Still very much us.
