On the back of extensive research, we began the process of redefining and clarifying the MoleMap brand.
The challenge was to create a brand that could feel both clinically credible and deeply human. MoleMap needed to speak to people at a moment that can feel uncertain or confronting, while still giving them confidence in the technology, expertise, and care behind the service.
A new brand purpose was created: “continually challenging ourselves to find better ways to help people prevent, detect and manage skin cancer.” From this came a clear and compelling outward-facing message: “Give your skin the best chance.”
We developed a fresh new look and a more engaging language system that could work across every part of the brand experience, from advertising and digital communications through to patient materials and the clinics themselves.
The result was a brand that felt simple, professional, reassuring, and calm. This helped MoleMap present itself with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence.
