Strategy - Identitiy – Guidelines – Communications

Real Living.
Right where you belong.

Real Living is a family of Auckland based retirement villages that provides the ultimate in convenience, comfort and security. To cut through the clutter in a crowded market, they needed a strategic platform, an all-new umbrella brand along with individual village identities. Each with its own personality and sense of place, but all looking like they belong to each other.

Real residents and their real experiences feature in communications across all types of media and printed collateral. All conveying the laughter, fun and togetherness that sums up Real Living’s personality – a sense of belonging.
